Frequently Asked Questions
The 4th quartile guarantee applies to the Pro plan. To qualify, you must answer at least 40 practice questions before your Casper test (practice test questions count), your CasperPractice account must use the same email address as your Casper registration, and you must forward us your official Casper test results email within 30 days of receiving it. If you meet those conditions and did not score in the 4th quartile, you choose: a full refund, after which we close your account, or keep your Pro access, which never expires, and prepare for your next test at no additional cost. One claim per customer, on the first test taken after purchase. Full terms.
