Welcome to CasperPractice, a platform providing artificial intelligence ("AI") enabled preparation tools for the CASPer situational judgment test. Our products ("Products") include access to a bank of questions that are intended to mimic questions on the real Casper test ("Question Bank), a simulator intended to mimic the conditions of the real Casper test ("Simulator"), an evaluator-style score on every answer you submit ("Grading"), a comparison of each attempt against other users taking the same Casper test ("Ranking"), and AI-generated line-by-line feedback with an improved answer ("Coaching"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of casperpractice.org (the "Website"), including all products, features, content, and services available on or through the Website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our website.
CasperPractice offers three plans ("Plans"). DIY is free: every practice question and practice test is open, every answer is graded and every attempt is ranked, and your first two scenario attempts are coached. Basic is a one-week plan that adds Coaching on every practice question answer. Pro is a lifetime plan that adds Coaching on every practice question answer and inside every practice test. The pricing for the paid plans may change frequently and is entirely at our discretion. The prices stated on the Website are not negotiable and are final. We reserve the right to display different prices to different depending on various factors. Purchases are one-time and non-subscription-based. All purchases are final and non-refundable (see #2. Refunds). Upon purchasing a Plan, access to the designated Products is granted for the specific duration of the Plan selected.
Please be advised that all sales for our Plans are final, with one exception: a valid claim under the 4th Quartile Guarantee described in Section 3, which entitles Pro plan customers to a refund of the purchase price of that Plan. Outside of that guarantee, refunds will not be issued unless extenuating circumstances apply, which are entirely at the discretion of the CasperPractice team. This policy is non-negotiable and binding upon purchase, ensuring transparency and understanding of our stance on refunds.
Every DIY account receives two free coached scenario attempts, on practice questions or practice test scenarios, used in the order you submit them; a blank submission uses one. We urge all users to use these to assess the quality of Coaching before purchasing a Plan.
We are committed to helping you achieve your best on the Casper test. The Pro plan includes lifetime access, so you can keep practicing with us for as long as it takes. In addition, if you do not achieve a 4th quartile score on the first official Casper test you take after purchasing the Pro plan, and you meet the eligibility requirements below, you may claim a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any applicable banking fees. By purchasing the Pro plan, you agree to these terms and conditions for the 4th Quartile Guarantee. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if needed to validate your claim.
At CasperPractice, we strive to offer the best possible user experience, but occasional bugs may occur. If a customer encounters any technical issues or bugs while using our platform, we encourage customers to retry the same action. If the issue persists, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to customer support via the chat window on the Website to initiate a resolution. We will do everything within our power to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but make no guarantees to the timeliness of a resolution. It is also the customer's responsibility to provide us with the exact conditions under which the bug occurred and collaborate with us to resolve the issue.
In some cases, the issue may be caused by outages or interruptions from third-party service providers (such as payment processors, hosting providers, or external APIs). Partner outages are completely out of our control, and while we will work to keep you informed of any such outages, we cannot be held responsible for resolving issues caused by third-party services.
Crucially, bugs in the software are not considered grounds for a refund, as customers are expected to collaborate with the CasperPractice team to resolve any issues that arise.
The Products provided on our website are for informational and educational purposes only. The content, particularly the content of the Question Bank and of the Grading, Ranking and Coaching features, is intended to help users prepare for the CASPer situational judgment test. While we make every effort to design questions and reviews that mimic the style and format of the CASPer test, we make no guarantees that our content will perfectly replicate the actual questions or grading criteria used in the official CASPer test.
Our questions are created using publicly available information, and we aim to approximate the types of scenarios and evaluations that users may encounter. However, the organization that administers the CASPer test may change their methodology, grading criteria, or question format at any time, and such changes are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee the similarity between our Question Bank questions and the actual CASPer test or the alignment of our AI-generated grading and coaching with the scoring standards used by CASPer administrators. Our platform is a supplementary tool to aid in your preparation, but it should not be considered a definitive representation of the actual CASPer test content or experience.
CasperPractice uses AI technology to evaluate customer responses and provide feedback on areas for improvement. While we make every effort to offer useful and accurate assessments, AI is a novel and evolving technology, and as such, there is no guarantee that the feedback will be flawless or fully aligned with human judgment. In rare cases, the AI may generate incorrect or misleading feedback (known as "hallucinations"), and customers acknowledge that this is an inherent limitation of using an AI-based product. In order for video responses to be properly reviewed, it is the user's responsibility to articulate clearly so that the software can understand the user's response.
We strive to provide an educational experience that rivals human tutoring in terms of quality and effectiveness. However, we cannot guarantee that the feedback provided by our AI will meet the standards of a real human tutor or that it will perfectly address the nuances of each individual response.
Rankings on CasperPractice are computed from the scores of CasperPractice users, not from data held by the organization that administers the Casper test. A ranking here does not predict your official Casper quartile.
CasperPractice provides access to a Question Bank, Simulator, Grading, Ranking and Coaching for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee success on the CASPer test, nor does the use of our platform guarantee admission into any academic or professional institution. Our services are intended to assist you in preparing for the CASPer test, but ultimately, your success depends on factors beyond our control.
While we aim to provide questions and feedback that help you prepare, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of any answers, suggestions, or AI-generated feedback. Additionally, providing responses that are identical or similar to those on our platform does not guarantee success on the actual CASPer test, as performance outcomes depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your communication skills, experiences, and the assessment criteria used by the CASPer administrators.
By using CasperPractice, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the outcome of your assessments, and we are not liable for any failure to achieve a particular result, admission, or score. You further understand that no compensation or liability will be provided in the event that you do not succeed on the CASPer test or secure admission into your desired institution.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to CasperPractice, including typed answers and video recordings. You grant us a licence to store and process that content in order to provide the service: to grade and coach it, to transcribe video answers, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy for those purposes. We do not permit those providers to train their models on your content. Access to your content is restricted to authorized personnel.
Your answer scores are used, as anonymous numbers, to rank other users taking the same Casper test. No other user can see or use your answers, videos, transcripts, coaching or account details. We do not share your personal data or content with third parties except the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

All content provided by CasperPractice, including the practice questions, software, and related materials, is our intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes. However, you are welcome to share links to our Website for personal or non-commercial use.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada. We may, at our discretion, choose arbitration as an alternative method of dispute resolution.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any major changes to the Terms will be communicated to users via email or a notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Website following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CasperPractice and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We make no guarantees that our services will meet your requirements or that the results obtained from the use of the services will be accurate or reliable. In no event will CasperPractice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, goodwill, or data.
Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with our services is a refund as described in the "Pricing and Payment Terms" section above. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to the use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
